Turkey Burger

This recipe makes 4 hamburgers. Each hamburger contains 14g of whole grains.


4 Nature’s Harvest® Made With Whole Grain White Seeded Hamburger Buns 

1 lb. ground turkey 

1 packet dry onion soup mix

½ c. water

½ tsp. salt and pepper

4 slices Monterey Jack cheese

4 lettuce leaves 

4 slices tomato

2 tbsp. mustard 

2 tbsp. mayo 


  1. Preheat a grill for high heat. 
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, soup mix, and water. Season with salt and pepper. Mix lightly using your hands, and form into 4 patties.
  3. Lightly oil the grill grate. Grill patties 5 to 10 minutes per side, until well done.
  4. Place the patty on a hamburger bun and top with cheese, lettuce, tomato, mustard, and mayo.
