Avocado and Turkey Sandwich

This recipe makes 1 sandwich. A sandwich contains 25g of whole grains.


2 slices Nature’s Harvest® 100% Stone Ground Whole Wheat bread

3 slices avocado

3 slices cucumber

2 slices tomato

2 romaine lettuce leaves

4 slices turkey 


  1. Layer one slice of bread with lettuce, turkey, cucumber, tomato, and avocado. Then place the other slice of bread on top.
