The addition of Brie and grilled peaches will turn an average turkey melt into a fan favorite.
2 slices Nature’s Harvest® Light Multigrain 40 Calories per Slice Bread
5-6 slices Brie
3 slices deli turkey
¼ cup arugula
1 peach, sliced and grilled
1 tablespoon butter
1. On one slice of bread, layer half of the Brie followed by the turkey, arugula, grilled peaches, the rest of the Brie and a drizzle of balsamic and top with the second slice of bread.
2. Heat 1 tablespoon of butter on a skillet over medium heat. Place the sandwich on the skillet and cook until bread is brown and cheese just begins to melt. Flip the sandwich and continue cooking until the second slice of bread is a nice golden brown and cheese has fully melted.
