Muenster cheese, bacon and sundried tomato pesto with pine nuts on Nature’s Harvest Light Multigrain Bread makes this grilled cheese a kid-friendly grown-up favorite.
2 slices Nature’s Harvest® Light Multigrain Bread
2 tablespoons sundried tomato pesto
3 slices Muenster cheese
3 slices of bacon
½ tablespoon butter
1. Spread pesto on one side of each slice of bread. Top one half with 2 slices of cheese, bacon and the last slice of cheese. Place second slice of bread on top, pesto side down.
2. Add butter to skillet and once melted, add sandwich. Cook until bread is golden brown and flip, cooking again until second slice is golden brown and cheese is melted.
