Grilled chicken, avocado, shredded Mozzarella and red pepper piled on Nature’s Harvest® Honey Wheat Made with Whole Grain Bread with a drizzle of chipotle ranch is the answer to all your food cravings. 


INGREDIENTS:

4 slices Nature’s Harvest® Honey Wheat Made with Whole Grain Bread

1 boneless skinless chicken breast

Salt and pepper to taste

½ cup shredded Mozzarella 

1 avocado, diced

½ red pepper, diced

¼ cup chipotle ranch dressing

1 teaspoon red pepper flakes


DIRECTIONS:

1. Season chicken with salt and pepper and cook on a skillet over medium high heat for about 4 minutes on either side or until cooked through. Once cooked, dice chicken and set aside. 

2. Lightly toast the bread slices. Layer on cheese, avocado and red pepper. Place in oven at 350˚F for 2 minutes or until cheese melts. Remove, drizzle with chipotle ranch dressing and sprinkle on red pepper flakes.
