3 slices Nature’s Harvest® Stone Ground 100% Whole Wheat Bread
2 cups turkey, sliced
¼ cup buffalo wing sauce
2 tablespoons celery, sliced
2 tablespoons Blue cheese crumbles
¼ cup spinach, sautéed
¼ cup mushrooms, sautéed
1 tablespoon sliced almonds
2 tablespoons Goat cheese spread
2 tablespoons lingonberry jam
1 teaspoon rosemary, chopped
1. Toast each slice of bread. Take a few pieces of turkey and mix with buffalo sauce, saving some sauce to drizzle. Place turkey on one slice of toast, and top with celery and Blue cheese. Drizzle with extra buffalo sauce.
2. On second slice of toast, layer sautéed spinach and mushrooms, turkey, shaved Parmesan and sprinkle with almonds. On the last slice, layer Goat cheese, lingonberry jam, the remaining turkey, and rosemary.
